1. About Us

Eclipse Marquee Hire is a family-run business based at 30 Croft Way, Rushden, Northamptonshire, NN10 0ES. By making a booking or enquiry with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Bookings & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your booking date. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of quotation. Deposits are non-refundable unless Eclipse Marquee Hire cancels the booking.

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 90 days before event: deposit forfeited
• 30–90 days before event: 50% of total hire cost
• Less than 30 days before event: 100% of total hire cost

4. Installation & Access

You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and suitable access to the installation site. Any underground services, pipes, or cables must be identified before installation. Eclipse Marquee Hire accepts no liability for damage to underground services that have not been disclosed.

5. Weather & Force Majeure

Our marquees are designed to withstand typical British weather conditions. In the event of extreme weather that makes installation unsafe, we reserve the right to delay or modify installation. Eclipse Marquee Hire accepts no liability for events cancelled or modified due to extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Damage

You are responsible for any damage to the marquee, equipment, or fittings during the hire period caused by misuse, negligence, or third parties. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.

7. Liability

Eclipse Marquee Hire's liability is limited to the value of the hire contract. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from the hire of our equipment.
