Marquee hire costs vary depending on the size of the marquee, the duration of hire, and any extras such as furniture, flooring, or heating. We offer free no-obligation quotes tailored to your exact event — get in touch and we'll put together a bespoke package to suit your budget.
For summer weddings and popular weekend dates, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance as they fill quickly. For corporate events, parties, and off-peak dates, 3–6 months is usually fine. Contact us to check availability for your date — we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute enquiries too.
As a rough guide: allow 1.5–2 sq metres per person for a seated dinner, or around 1 sq metre per person for a standing reception. For a seated wedding of 100 guests you'd typically need around a 9m × 15m marquee; for 200 guests, around 9m × 24m. We'll advise on exactly the right size during your free consultation.
We're based in Rushden and cover all of Northamptonshire — including Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough, Corby, Daventry, Towcester, and Higham Ferrers. Furniture and flooring are available as add-ons to your marquee hire package. We offer tables, chairs, dance floors, carpeting and more. We can put together a fully furnished package or simply supply the structure — entirely up to you. Just let us know what you need when you enquire.
All Eclipse marquees are fully weatherproof, purpose-built structures designed to handle the British climate — rain, wind, and all. We can also add heating, professional lighting, and solid or clear sided walls to keep your guests warm and comfortable whatever the weather throws at us.
We can install on grass, hard standing, tarmac, and most other surfaces. For complex sites or unusual ground conditions, we'll carry out a site visit beforehand to assess the best approach. Our experienced team has set up marquees in all kinds of locations — from country estate lawns to town centre car parks.
