Absolutely. We understand that corporate events run to tight timelines and we plan our installation and takedown schedules around yours. We'll agree exact times in writing and stick to them.
We have structures suitable for corporate events ranging from small team days of 20 people up to large-scale events for 500+ guests. We'll advise on the ideal size when we discuss your event — just tell us your rough numbers and we'll point you in the right direction.
Yes — we offer tables, chairs, dance floors, staging, flooring, heating, and lighting as add-ons to your corporate marquee hire package. We can put together a complete turnkey package or simply supply the structure.
Yes. We regularly install marquees on tarmac, concrete, and other hard standing surfaces — common for corporate venues. We use specialist weighted ballast systems where ground stakes aren't possible. We'll confirm the best approach for your venue when we discuss your requirements.
For large corporate events we recommend 3–6 months' notice where possible, particularly for popular summer dates. However, we do accommodate shorter notice enquiries — get in touch and we'll let you know availability for your date immediately.
