Costs vary depending on the size of your marquee, the duration of hire, and extras such as linings, flooring, furniture, and lighting. We offer free no-obligation quotes tailored to your exact wedding. Get in touch and we'll put together a bespoke package for your budget — no pushy sales, just honest pricing.
Absolutely — a garden wedding marquee is one of our most popular options. We'll visit your garden to assess the space, advise on the best position and size, and plan the installation carefully to protect your lawn. Most gardens are more suitable than you might think.
For summer Saturdays especially, we recommend booking 9–12 months in advance as these dates fill very quickly. We're currently taking bookings for 2026 and 2027. Don't worry if your date is closer — check availability with us and we'll always try our best to accommodate you.
For a seated wedding dinner, allow 1.5–2 square metres per guest. For 100 guests seated you'd typically need a 9m × 15m marquee; for 150 guests around 9m × 18m; for 200 guests around 9m × 24m. Our size guide above gives a full breakdown, and we'll confirm the exact recommendation during your free site visit.
Furniture and flooring are available as add-ons — we offer tables, chairs, dance floors, carpeting, and more. We can put together a complete package or just supply the marquee structure, depending on what you need. Everything is discussed in your consultation.
All Eclipse marquees are fully weatherproof structures — designed specifically for the British climate. We can add heating, flooring, and solid or clear sidewalls to keep your guests perfectly comfortable whatever the weather. A bit of rain won't dampen your day.
For most private garden or field weddings, planning permission is not required for a temporary marquee structure. However, rules vary by location and duration. We'd always recommend checking with your local authority for events over 28 days, and we're happy to advise based on our experience.
