Wedding Marquee Hire: Book 9-12 Months Ahead
Wedding marquee hire is the most seasonally driven of everything we do. Summer Saturdays across Northamptonshire — particularly in Rushden, Northampton, Wellingborough and the surrounding villages — get booked up quickly, often a year or more in advance. If you've set a date, especially between May and September, we'd strongly recommend getting in touch as soon as possible to secure it. We're already taking bookings well into 2027.
Party & Celebration Marquee Hire: 2-4 Months
Birthdays, anniversaries, christenings and garden parties tend to have more flexibility. Two to four months' notice is usually plenty, though popular weekends in summer still fill up faster than midweek or off-season dates. If your date is more flexible, you'll generally have an easier time securing your preferred size and extras.
Corporate Marquee Hire: 3-6 Months
Corporate events — product launches, team days, exhibitions, awards evenings — benefit from a bit more lead time, partly because of internal planning and approval processes, and partly so we can properly plan around your branding, catering, and AV requirements. Larger events with multiple structures should aim for the longer end of that window.
Festival & Outdoor Event Structures: 3-6 Months
Multi-day festivals and outdoor events usually need 3-6 months' notice, particularly if you require multiple structures (bar tents, stage covers, vendor stalls) or a detailed site logistics plan. Earlier booking also gives us time to carry out a proper site visit and plan around access, ground conditions, and power requirements.
Storage Hire: Flexible
Storage structures are the most flexible option we offer — we can often arrange these at much shorter notice, whether it's a short-term seasonal need or an ongoing arrangement for a business or contractor.
